• Association Documents

Whether your planned community is to be single family, townhome, condominium or a mixed-use, our expertise will assist in making sure you have covered every pertinent issue and met all legal responsibilities as declarant. Our attorney relationships provide the ability to prepare and or review current documents.  We can advise on operational issues, when to begin collecting dues, establishment of rules and regulations, architectural guidelines and board structure, among other important issues that may vary from community to community depending on size and type.
